Low-Voltage Harnesses & Cable Assemblies
CSA 0,5 mm² to 160 mm² with cable length up to 5m
We co-develop and manufacture low-voltage harnesses and automotive cable assemblies designed to resist harsh conditions and tailored for diverse applications – from ground straps and Oxygen sensor harnesses to 12V starter/alternator cable assemblies and 48V cable assemblies.
Our vertically integrated manufacturing includes drawing our own aluminum wire, applying proprietary insulation technology, producing wires, terminals, eyelets, brackets, channels, and connectors in-house – enabling deep customization and cost optimization, while ensuring superior quality control.
Busbars for Low-Voltage Applications
CSA 25mm² to 160mm² with proven intermetallic connections
Our aluminum and copper busbars adapt easily to tight installation spaces through highly customizable height-to-width ratios, making them ideal for powering the growing number of electronic components in modern vehicles. Busbar architectures deliver lower weight, higher current capability, improved electrical efficiency, and lower operating temperatures compared to traditional cable solutions.
Our busbar-based 12V Energy Backbone concept offers efficient, reliable low-voltage power distribution for next-generation vehicles and advanced zonal architectures through optimized routing and reduced conductor weight.
Special Low-Voltage Harness Solutions
Precisely tailored to unique requirements
Through close collaboration with customers, we develop specialized low-voltage wiring harness solutions that integrate multifunctional modules including PCBAs, actuators, and sensors. We design and produce custom components such as protective housings and connectors that fulfill specific functional and durability requirements. We engineer solutions optimized for thermal loads, tight spaces, and demanding interfaces including sealing, routing challenges, and secure component attachment.
